GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST INGREDIENTS

3 BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS

1/2 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

1/2 CUP BARBECUE SAUCE

1 TABLESPOON SEA SALT

1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER

1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE

CHICKEN BREAST INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT GRILL

BRUSH GRILL RACK WITH OLIVE OIL

PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN LARGE BOWL

DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL

TOSS UNTIL COMPLETELY COVERED

PLACE CHICKEN BREAST ON GRILL

COOK 6 TO 7 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE

REMOVE CHICKEN BREASTS FROM GRILL

MIX BARBECUE SAUCE, SEA SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND LEMON JUICE IN A BOWL

ADD 2 TABLESPOONS OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL TO SKILLET

POUR MIXTURE INTO SKILLET

ADD CHICKEN BREASTS

COVER WITH LID

COOK FOR TWO MINUTES ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT

BAKED POTATO INGREDIENTS

1 LARGE RUSSET POTATO

1/2 CUP OF BUTTER

1/2 TEASPOON SEA SALT

DASH OF BLACK PEPPER

DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER

2 TABLESPOONS SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE

1/4 CUP DICED ONIONS

I SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE (MILD OR SHARP)

INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT OVEN 375 DEGREES

WASH POTATO

PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL

PRICK POTATO ALL OVER WITH FORK

WRAP POTATO IN ALUMINUM FOIL

COOK FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF

REMOVE POTATO FROM OVEN

LET COOL

REMOVE POTATO FROM SKIN CAREFULLY WITH SPOON

IN BOWL, MIX POTATO, CREAM CHEESE  ONIONS, SEA SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND CAYENNE PEPPER

IN SKILLET, ADD BUTTER

ADD POTATO MIXTURE TO BUTTER IN SKILLET

COOK FOR TWO TO THREE MINUTES ON LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT

CHEESE INGREDIENTS

1 SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE (YELLOW OR WHITE)

TOOLS

1 NON-STICK, STAINLESS STEEL, HEART SHAPED COOKIE CUTTER

1 CUTTING BOARD

PLACE CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICE ON CUTTING BOARD

PRESS HEART SHAPED COOKIE CUTTER INTO CHEDDAR CHEESE SLICE

GENTLY PRESS CHEESE OUT OF HEART SHAPED COOKIE CUTTER

NOTE: SPOON POTATO MIXTURE BACK INTO POTATO SKIN AND TOP WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE HEARTS OR SERVE YOUR POTATOES ON A PLATE TOPPED WITH CHEESE HEARTS.
