Ingredients
2 Tablespoons of Butter
3 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (mild)
1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 Stalks of Wild Onions (Sliced)
1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper (Diced Very Small)
1/3 cup Green Bell Pepper (Diced Very Small)
1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro Leaves
DIRECTIONS
Add Olive Oil To Large Skillet
Add Butter
Add Red Bell Pepper
Add Green Bell Pepper
Add Flour and Whisk
Add Milk slowly
Continue to whisk
Add Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Cheese. Continue to whisk until creamy.
Add Sea Salt
Sprinkle with Red Pepper Flakes
Top with sliced, wild green onions
